Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time, but you won't be charged again.
How does user count work?
A "user" is anyone with a PolicyPro® login. Readers added via the List of Readers feature don't count toward your seat limit — they're separate.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise customers can request additional security documentation, SSO setup, and a dedicated DPA.
